    Hi i’m not sure if my team captain can get on i was wondering if im allowed to have another of my friends with no comp experience to sub for him.

    Ultimately, it’s up to the other team on whether or not a ringer is allowed. Though, as far as TFCL is concerned, yes; you may use ringers with permission from the other team.
