6. Comments & Community Interaction
TFCL uses the built-in WordPress commenting system, enhanced with Jetpack Comments for improved functionality, authentication options, and spam protection.
When you leave a comment on our website, we may collect the following information:

- Your IP address and browser user agent (for spam detection and security)
- Any information you voluntarily include in your comment

Comments submitted on TFCL are publicly visible. Your contact information is never displayed publicly.
7. Payment & Prize Distribution
When distributing prizes, TFCL may collect:

This information is used solely for prize fulfillment and is accessible only to authorized TFCL staff. We do not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials.
8. Sponsored Prizes & Third-Party Requirements
When TFCL partners with a sponsor, the sponsor may be responsible for delivering prizes. In such cases, TFCL may be required to share limited personal information with the sponsor, such as:
- Shipping address
- Legal name
- Age verification details (if required by law or sponsor terms)
If a sponsorship requires additional personal information beyond what TFCL normally collects, we will publicly announce these requirements in advance through our website’s News section.
9. Game Server Providers, Match Hosting Data, Demos & Logs
During the TFCL Alpha and early regular seasons, TFCL utilizes serveme.tf to provide temporary match servers. When booking or assigning a server for a match, TFCL may share limited player information with serveme.tf, including:
- Steam ID or Steam64 identifier
- Team or match assignment details
- Server reservation metadata (time, region, match ID)
TFCL match demos and logs may also be automatically uploaded to third‑party community services such as demos.tf and logs.tf. These platforms store:
- Match demos (recorded gameplay files)
- Match logs (round data, damage, kills, healing, and other in‑game statistics)
- Steam IDs associated with the match
These services operate independently of TFCL and are governed by their respective privacy policies. TFCL does not control how these platforms store or display match data.
As TFCL transitions to operating its own network of servers, we may share certain technical information with our cloud infrastructure providers, such as Vultr or other comparable hosting platforms. This may include:
- Player IP addresses (for server connectivity and routing)
- Connection logs required for security and anti-abuse measures
- Region or datacenter selection information
Cloud providers receive only the minimum data required to operate game servers, maintain network stability, and prevent abuse. These providers do not have access to TFCL account data or personal information beyond what is technically necessary for server operation.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
